Service Description

Also known as contrast therapy, uses the combination of hot and cold stones helps the body pump blood and lymph throughout the body. Hot stones dilate the blood vessels while cold stones constrict the blood vessels. The opening and closing action of the blood vessels produce a pumping action within the circulatory system, which brings in more blood to the lungs and heart. The oxygenated blood moves into the muscles, helping to heal and relax them. As an add-on four to five hot stones and four to five cold stones are used during the session.

Cancellation Policy

For cancelations or rescheduling please let us know well in advanced. Rescheduling, cancellations and no call no shows of any appointment must be received at least 12 to 24 hours in advance; otherwise 50% of the appointment fee is due. After 2 consecutive cancellations, you will be billed in full for the 3rd cancellation if your slot is not filled. No call, no shows will not be rescheduled after their 2nd no call, no show; at the therapist discretion you may be reinstated as a client with a required card on file.
